She is employed at U.S. Acute Care Solutions, Cumberland, Md.
Mr. Betar is the son of Dennis and Ann Betar of Altoona.
He is a 2010 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona, and a 2014 graduate of Saint Francis University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.
He is an accountant in Tyrone.
A summer 2021 wedding is planned at Saint Francis University.
