The prospective bride is the daughter of Joe and Kathy Edwards of Williamsburg.
She is a 2007 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School; a 2011 graduate of Juniata College, Huntingdon, with a bachelor of science degree in education; a 2012 graduate of the University of Bristol, England, with a master's degree in education; and a 2015 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law with a juris doctorate.
She is an associate attorney at Beard Legal Group, PC, in Altoona.
Mr. Horell is the son of Steve and Georganna Horell of Altoona.
He is a 2009 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona; a 2013 graduate of Saint Francis University, Loretto, with a bachelor of arts degree in English; and a 2017 graduate of Saint Francis University, with a master's degree in business administration.
He is director of alumni engagement at Saint Francis University.
