Kaitlin Meck and Matthew Heintzelman, both of Schnecksville, are engaged to be married.
Miss Meck is the daughter of Darin and Heather Meck of Martinsburg.
She is a 2012 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona, and a 2016 graduate of Saint Francis University, Loretto, with bachelor's degrees in biology and environmental studies.
She is a biology teacher at Notre Dame Catholic High School, Easton.
Mr. Heintzelman is the son of Robert and Meg Heintzelman of Schnecksville.
He is a 2013 graduate of Parkland School District in Allentown and a 2017 graduate of Penn State Univer-sity and Northhampton Community College Mortuary Science program.
He is a funeral director at Heintzelman Funeral Home in Schnecksville.
A Sept. 26, 2020, wedding is planned at the Cathedral Church of St. Catharine of Siena in Allentown.
