Miss Bettwy is the daughter of Ed and Rhonda Bettwy of Hollidaysburg.
She is a 2011 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and a graduate of Clarion University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in speech language pathology in 2014 and a master's degree in speech language pathology in 2016.
She is a speech language pathologist in the Altoona Area School District.
Mr. Stern is the son of Kevin and Veronique Stern of Duncansville.
He is a 2012 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and a 2016 graduate of Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, with a bachelor's degree in marketing.
He is a production supervisor at NPC, Claysburg.
A May 25 wedding is being planned at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.
