She is a certified exercise physiologist assisting at the Blair Regional YMCA in Hollidaysburg.
Mr. Smith is the son of Angela Smith of Altoona and the late Calvin Smith.
He is a 2012 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2016 graduate of the Penn State University College of Engineering with a bachelor's degree in computer science.
He is a senior information security technical associate at Capital One, McLean, Va.
A Sept. 22 wedding is planned.
