Sarah is the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth MacBlane of Saltsburg.
She is a graduate of Saltsburg Junior/Senior High School and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania majoring in elementary education.
She is a tenant assistant/activities coordinator for a senior housing complex in Altoona.
Sarah recently retired as a sales associate for Sheetz Inc.
Thom is the son of the late Carl and Teresa Geishauser.
He is a 1969 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School, Altoona, and a 1973 graduate of West Virginia University, Morgantown, W.Va., with a bachelor's degree in physical education.
He is retired.
A July 7 wedding is being planned at Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church, Patton.
