Shelby Lind Young and Michael Robert Savino, both of Altoona, are engaged to be married.
Miss Young is the daughter of Kelly and Tracy Young of Wellsboro.
She is a 2013 graduate of Wellsboro Area High School and a 2017 graduate of Geneva College, Beaver Falls, with a bachelor of science degree in PK-4 education/PK-8 special education.
She is a teacher at Begin With Us Preschool, Altoona.
Mr. Savino is the son of Michael and Lori Savino of Altoona.
He is a 2013 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2017 graduate of Geneva College with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering.
He is employed by PennDOT, Hollidaysburg.
A July wedding is being planned at D'Vine Vine-yard and Winery in Colum-bia Cross Roads, Pa.
