Miss Schraff is the daughter of Scott and Karen Schraff of Duncansville.
She is a 2013 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and is pursuing a bachelor of arts degree in communications at Penn State University, Harrisburg.
Mr. Sell is the son of Thomas and April Sell of Hollidaysburg.
He is a 2013 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and a 2017 graduate of Lebanon Valley College, Annville, with a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry and molecular biology and a minor in business. He is pursuing his doctor of medicine degree at the Penn State College of Medicine, Hershey.
A July 14 wedding is being planned at Lake Raystown Resort, Entriken.
