WISE Women welcomes two board members

WISE Women of Blair County announced two new members to its board of directors: Courtney Hornung and Morgan Williams. Hornung, senior program manager for Blair Image Elements, manages complex projects nationwide. She recently completed a year with Leadership Blair County and she is a volunteer twirling coach for the Gold Twirl Team. She enjoys “working with others to capture their vision and turn it into a reality.” She is also a member of the International Sign Association at a national level. Hornung is the mother of two sons. St. Mark’s Catholic Church, 416 Sixth Ave., Altoona, will hold its annual St. Jude Triduum with Mass at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, the first day of the Triduum. The second day of the Triduum will be Monday, Oct. 27, with Mass at 5:30 p.m., and the third day of the Triduum will be Tuesday, Oct. 28, with Mass at 5:30 p.m. Father Nelson Javier, T.O.R., will be celebrant and homilist at the masses.
