Freedom from Smoking classes to be held

Freedom from Smoking classes will be held every Tuesday, July 7 through Aug. 18, at Altoona Lung, 800 Chestnut Ave. The quit smoking date is July 28. Classes are from 4:30-6 p.m. Brought to you by the Lung Disease Foundation of Central PA, these classes have no fee to attend and include free nicotine replacement therapy in the form of patches, gum or mints.
