The center will be open to the public from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays.

Special presentations will be announced with the first being a video presentation of "Our Memories of Growing Up in Hastings," a project developed by Dee Werner, former library director.

The videos were filmed by Garfield "Gordy" Fredo and will be shown as special events.

The first one will feature Wendell and Virginia Rouch (both now deceased) and will be shown at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Heritage Center.
