The WISE Women of Blair County Board members invite area residents to join its membership.

Through Dec. 31, individiuals can join (or renew) their membership and be part of a network dedicated to empowering women in the Blair County community.

There is a buy one, gift one membership to a friend at half price. Current dues are $30 a year and if you gift one when you get yours, before the end of the year, it’s only an additional $15 to treat a friend.

Current membership rates are:

One year adult membership — $30.

Three-year adult membership (new) — $75.

Lifetime membership (new) — $300.

Student membership — $10.

WISE Women has an annual Tribute to Women Dinner honoring Blair County women in April.

It also has membership events and offers scholarships and grants to those pertaining to its mission in Blair County
