The Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre Inc. will present “The SpongeBob Musical,” a fun-filled, family-friendly production, at 7:30 p.m. July 24-26, July 31-Aug. 2 at the theater, 112 E. Locust St., downtown Clearfield.

Tickets are $17 and are on sale now at www.ClearfieldArts.org. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the CAST office on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Based on the beloved animated series, “The SpongeBob Musical” plunges audiences into the undersea world of Bikini Bottom, where chaos erupts as a volcano threatens the town. With lives hanging in the balance, an unexpected hero rises up — and proves that the power of optimism really can save the world.

This dynamic stage show, bursting with energy, heart and humor, features original music by an array of popular artists.

The production is directed and choreographed by Brandi Billotte, with assistant direction by Julie Tobias, Brandy Hale and Nate Horner. Additional choreography is provided by Josh Blaylock.
