Hope Divley has been twirling with The Twilight Twirlers for 12 years and has won multiple awards and titles over those years. Hope recently graduated from Central High School and plans to attend Wilson College in the fall to become a veterinarian.

The Twilight Twirlers were crowned regional champions in the Junior & Juvenile Dance Twirl Team and Pom Team categories at a recent competition in South Charleston, West Virginia. The event, sponsored by Twirling Unlimited, drew numerous groups vying for top honors in baton twirling.
A panel of out-of-state judges selected the winners. In addition to group routines, several Twilight Twirlers competed as soloists. Four girls placed in the top two of their regional pageants: Hope Divley placed second in her pageant, Addisen Walter (12) placed first, Payton Black (12) placed second, and Ava Hollern (11) placed first and was named Miss Regional Majorette.
The group credited Director Jennifer Hollern and Assistant Director Brittany Cogan for their dedication. The Twilight Twirlers have also traveled to multiple states, earning the Twirling Champions title in 2023 and the Pennsylvania State Champions title in 2022. The team will travel to Ohio in July to compete for the 2025 National Championship Title.
The Twilight Twirlers have represented the Morrisons Cove area for the past 12 years. They offer recreational and competitive programs. The recreational program, held at Martinsburg Memorial Park, teaches one-, two-, and three-baton twirling, as well as fire batons, and helps prepare students for school majorette lines. Three Twilight Twirlers will join their school majorette lines this fall. The competitive team, with lessons held at The Through Inc. Building, allows members to advance their skills and compete individually and in groups.
Members participated in the Duncansville Memorial Day Parade, Martinsburg Parade and Williamsburg Parade. The Twilight Twirlers' annual recital will take place in August.
