Leadership Blair County Youth to graduate class

The Blair County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Blair County Youth program will graduate 22 Blair County students at a ceremony on May 7 at the Port Sky Cafe at Penn State Altoona.

LBCY is a Blair County Chamber of Commerce program open to high school sophomores that focuses on servant leadership.

The youth program is formatted similarly to the Chamber’s adult leadership program. LBCY has been used as a model for leadership youth programs throughout PA and the tri-state region. The curriculum includes monthly sessions on topics including social issues, business, community and human services.

Members of the 2025 graduating class are: Evelyn Adams, Altoona Area High School; Raina Alexander, Williamsburg Community High School; Catie Cammarata, Bishop Guilfoyle Academy; Brianna Clossin, Bishop Guilfoyle Academy; Nicholas Dunmire, Central High School; Noah Gulvas, Bellwood-Antis High School; Riley Harpster, Tyrone Area High School; Alyssa Hite, Bishop Guilfoyle Academy; Marlette Hott, Altoona Area High School; Abigail Keyser, Tyrone Area High School; Joelian Kyle, Central High School; Ryann Lantzy, Altoona Area High School; Braylon Litzinger, Bellwood-Antis High School; Adam Loucks, Central High School; Reuben Manfred, Hollidaysburg High School; Alexander Mccartney, Bellwood-Antis High School; Sophia Mcclelland, Hollidaysburg High School; Grant Miller, Tyrone Area High School; Reese Miller, Central High School; Kinsley Palilla, Altoona Area High School; Olivia Rishel, Bellwood-Antis High School; Tyler Rodgers, Hollidaysburg Area High School; Morgan Ruggery, Bishop Guilfoyle Academy.
