Roscia

Frank Roscia of Altoona will celebrate his 102nd birthday with a family dinner party.

He was born Aug. 9, 1922, in Altoona, the son of Pietro and Concetta Roscia.

He married Katherine Bellacero, who celebrated her 102nd birthday on June 21.

The couple have three children: Patricia Bell of Altoona, Roseann Madden of Hollidaysburg and Peter Roscia of Miami.

They also have 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Roscia retired from Norfolk Southern, Altoona, in 1980.

He is a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Altoona, the Bavarian Aid Society and the Knights of Columbus.

He enjoys watching sports and playing cards.
