The Altoona Catholic High School class of 1959 will celebrate its 65th anniversary reunion Wednesday, Sept. 18, at The Casino at Lakemont Park's Soho Room. There will be gathering at the Marriott Courtyard, Altoona, on Tuesday evening.
At the Casino, after renewing acquaintances from 3:30 to 4 p.m., Father Clement Gardner will celebrate Mass at 4 p.m., and Denny Cramer will serve as music leader. Those attending will remember classmates no longer living at Mass. After Mass, a class photo will be taken prior to dinner at 5:30 p.m. Following dinner, there will be an Altoona trivia contest. There will be '50s music and a class slide show. The event will conclude at 7:30 p.m., and the bar will remain open until 8:30 p.m.
Dress is casual and the price is $25 per person.
Classmates will attend breakfast Thursday morning at Tom and Joe's restaurant in Altoona.
