Sarah Amelia Edmiston, daughter of S. Dixon and Cynthia Edmiston of Altoona, has earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Point Park University in Pittsburgh.
Sarah graduated from Altoona Area High School in 2006. She received her bachelor of science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her master's degree from Point Park University. She completed her doctoral internship at Florida International University in Miami, Fla. She completed her studies with a 4.0 average.
Dr. Edmiston is employed as a therapist with Avellar Warden Psychological Association in Pittsburgh.
