Armed Forces Mothers, VFW to host event Friday at Casino
U.S. Armed Forces Mothers Squad 41 and VFW Post 3 will hold a Halloween-themed event to benefit active duty military and VFW Post 3.
"Red, White and Boo" will be held Friday, Oct. 27, at The Casino at Lakemont Park, Altoona.
The doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and the band Giants of Science will play from 7 to 10 p.m. There will be a cash bar and food truck.
Tickets are $15 per person or $125 for a table of 10.
P.G. Recycling is the corporate sponsor. Costumes are optional. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third prizes for best costume. There will be a basket raffle and a 50/50 raffle.
