On April 8, Lillian Marquez, Greater Hollidaysburg Service Unit Manager No. 4656 and troop leader of Girl Scout Troops 46502 and 46695, was presented the Honor Pin Award.
The award recognizes a leader with exemplary support in delivering the Girl Scout Leadership Experience which has had a measurable impact allowing the council to reach and surpass its mission-delivery goals.
Marquez was nominated by Diane Kisner, Bedford County Service Unit Manager No. 4605, Krystal Boburchock, Somerset County Service Unit Manager No. 4613, and Jennifer Smith and April Cramer, troop leaders of Hollidaysburg No. 46695.
