Norfolk Southern locomotive 250 is decked out in a commemorative “America250” scheme as it leads a westbound freight along 10th Avenue on Monday afternoon. The locomotive is known as “The Freedom” unit and is one of six specially painted engines done by Norfolk Southern to celebrate America’s semiquincentennial.
