Two youths look over Ferner Field in Tyrone as the rain comes down Sunday afternoon. Parts of Tyrone experienced major flooding and roughly three inches had fallen as of 9 p.m. According to reports, two young girls were rescued from flash floods near the American Eagle Paper Mill. Police were asking residents to stay off the roads to avoid becoming stranded.
