CRESSON -- The Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown will present Edward Sri, a nationally known Catholic speaker who appears regularly on EWTN and is the author of several well-loved Catholic books for a two-day event celebrating the national eucharistic revival.
On Friday, April 19, Sri will address high school, college and young adults from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at Mount Aloysius College. His topics will be: Men, Women and the Mystery of Love; and When You Pray: Trust, Surrender and the Transformation of Your Soul. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
On Saturday, April 20, Sri will address a general audience from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Topics will be Into His Likeness: Be Transformed as a Disciple of Christ; When You Pray: Trust, Surrender and the Transformation of Your Soul; and Vibrant Faith in a Secular Age.
