A plow painted by Juniata Gap Elementary students won the Fan Favorite award in the Mayor's Paint the Plow contest, while Holy Trinity Eldorado won the Judge's Pick. The winning plows will be featured in Altoona's Spirit of Christmas Parade at 1 p.m. Saturday, and all four plows will be in use around the city during the winter.
