Playing at the Twin 764 Drive-In Theatre were five feature motorcycle gang pictures: "The Sidehackers," "The Wild Riders," "The Hellcats," "The Wild Rebels" and "The Pink Angels."

Williamsport Mayor Steven Cappelli was coming to Altoona the next day to discuss with state Rep. Rick Geist and Altoona City Council an increase in crime in his city similar to the increase in Altoona.

Reliant Senior Care Management of Philadelphia, which was purchasing the Valley View Home from Blair County, told the Blair County Planning Commission, which had its offices there, that it must move to another location.
