Ebensburg's Art in Bloom Spring Art Show will return to the Cambria County Courthouse, downtown Ebensburg, this weekend, April 29-30. The show is set to feature nearly 200 pieces of artwork from local and area artists.
Live artist demonstrations will be held throughout the weekend. Ali Johsnon will share a variety of art techniques from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday with the demonstration "How Does Your Art Bloom?"
Karli Hazlett will share her work in pyrography, also known as woodburning, from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, while Marion Ross will demonstrate glass art. Throughout the weekend, an outdoor pop-up exhibit will be on display from O'Brien Landscaping & Glendalough Farms featuring the benefits of pollinator gardens and bee hotels.
In addition, nearly 70 pieces of student artwork submitted by nine area schools will also be on display.
