The Bryce Jordan Center welcomed 15,588 Metallica fans to lsst week's sold-out concert setting a new single-concert attendance record for the 23-year-old center.
"We are honored to host Metallica on their record-breaking performance at the Bryce Jordan Center," General Manager Al Karosas said. "Thank you to Metallica for allowing us to celebrate an extraordinary night with you."
Metallica's performance was part of a busy few weeks for the Bryce Jordan Center with performances from Elton John, J. Cole, Kevin Hart, Thomas Rhett, Trevor Noah, and Justin Timberlake.
Upcoming shows include Old Dominion, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and home openers for the Lady Lions and Nittany Lions basketball programs.
