Mr. and Mrs. Jaybliss Earnest of Gallitzin celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
They will be part of a special wedding anniversary Mass to be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Altoona.
They were married July 9, 1966, at St. Patrick's Church in Gallitzin officiated by Father Eugene Bradley.
Mrs. Earnest is the former Mary Ann Tutko.
The couple have two children: Scott and Brian and two grandchildren: Madeleine and Nathan.
Mary Ann is retired from Saint Aloysius Church and was a member of Sweet Adelines.
Jaybliss is retired from PPG and served with the Knights of Columbus.
Both are members of Holy Name Catholic Church in Ebensburg.
