Mr. and Mrs. Gerard J. Lowe of Utahville celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary at the Dalmunzie Castle in the Scottish Highlands where they renewed their vows amid family and friends.
They were married Feb. 24, 1999, in Altoona. Mrs. Lowe is the former Trisha Leigh McCabe.
The couple have four children: Cassandra Lowe of Atlanta, Myranda Lowe of West Falls Church, Va., Shannan Young (Matthew) of Snoqualmie, Wash., and Gerard D. Lowe of Rockville, Md.
Mrs. Lowe retired as the owner of the All In A Day's Play childcare center in Bellwood.
Mr. Lowe retired in 2020 as an executive for the Department of Veterans Affairs and currently is employed as a senior vice president for GovCIO, DC-based technology company.
