Richard and Mary (Smith) Keith of Roaring Spring will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on June 6.
They were married June 6, 1964. Mrs. Keith is the former Mary Smith.
The couple have four children and 11 grandchildren: Loren and wife, Susan, and their daughters: Kelly and Kasey, of East Freedom; LaMar and wife Ginger of Claysburg and their children: Chelsey Ritchey and husband Andrew, Brittany Cogan and husband Tyler, both of Martinsburg, and Derek, and wife Melissa of Roaring Spring; Lynea Davis and husband Dwayne, and their children: Philip, Phoebe, and Phenix of Roaring Spring; Lucene Steele and husband Jonathan, and their children: Leah, Levi and Laura of Martinsburg.
They also have five great-grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Keith retired from dairy farming and enjoyed several clothing retail sales endeavors. Mr. Keith eventually operated his own clothing store in Hollidaysburg. Mrs. Keith also retired from retail sales at JCPenney and as the receptionist at Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg.
Both enjoy spending time with family and friends. They also attend Martinsburg Grace Brethren Church.
