Kenneth and Amy Gipprich of Antis Township are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They are celebrating their 50 years together on a cruise to the Bahamas.
They were married on June 22, 1974, at the First Church of Christ in Altoona. Mrs. Gipprich is the former Amy Woodring.
The couple have two children: Brandi Smith and Courtney Gipprich. They also have four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Kenneth, a Vietnam veteran, worked 35 years at Norfolk Southern.
Amy worked 20 years at Martin's.
