Ted and Mary Kay Parrish of Maple Hollow, Duncansville, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married on Oct. 20, 1973, at St. Francis Xavier Parish in Cresson. Mrs. Parrish is the former Mary Kay Becker.
The couple have four children: Sara Parrish, Todd Parrish (wife Julie), Joy Davis (husband Nick), and Carl Parrish (wife Brianna). They also have nine grandchildren: Isabelle, Tommy, Amelia, Faith, Isla and Nicolai Parrish and Lily, Levi and William Davis.
Mr. Parrish retired from Erie Tech, formerly Erie Bearings in Altoona.
Mrs. Parrish is a realtor at John Hill Real Estate and previously taught at Penn-Mont Academy for 18 years.
She is a 50-year member of the Altoona Chorus of Sweet Adelines.
They are members of St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Duncansville.
