Mr. and Mrs. Carl DeCaspers of Ashburn, Va., formerly of Duncansville, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family in Williamsburg, Va.
They were married in Arlington, Va., on May 12, 1972. Mrs. DeCaspers is the former Linda Anthony.
The couple have two children: Steve and wife Bethany Brown of Forest Park, Ill.; and Amy Greene and husband Jeff of Leesburg, Va. They also have two granddaughters, Riley and Madison Greene.
Carl spent 22 years as a teacher/coach and then ventured into business with New Pig Corp. in 1984, retiring May 2021.
Linda retired from teaching at Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School in 2010.
