Mr. and Mrs. Richard Heverly Sr. of 112 Garber St., Hollidaysburg, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a party with family and friends.
They were married April 21, 1972, in Geeseytown.
Mrs. Heverly is the former Deborah Woolridge.
The couple have two children: Jean Decoskey and her husband, Scott, of Cresson; and Richard Jr. and his wife, Karen, of Duncansville.
They also have six grandchildren: Aviya Heverly, Jarrod Heverly, Megan Burger, Marissa Burger, Brandon Decoskey and Briana Decoskey.
Mr. Heverly retired
from Berwind Railway Service Co., Hollidaysburg.
Mrs. Heverly retired from Sheetz Distribution Center, Claysburg.
She is a member of First United Methodist Church, Hollidaysburg.
