Mr. and Mrs. William Werts of Hollidaysburg are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married Sept. 5, 1970, at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg. Mrs. Werts is the former Regina Bilotto.
The couple have two children: Laura Werts (Gregory Fanslau) and Phyllis Beck (Peter), all of Brooklyn, N.Y.
They also have three grandchildren: Louis M. Beck, Emilia M. Fanslau and Cora G. Beck.
Mr. Werts retired from PennDOT, Hollidaysburg. He is a member of Geeseytown Lutheran Church, Hollidaysburg.
Mrs. Werts retired from the office of Attorney John E. Eberhardt Jr., Altoona. She is a member of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church.
