Lauren Elizabeth Otto and Marc Richard Wisniewski are engaged to be married.

Miss Otto is the daughter of Thomas and Kathy (Boytim) Otto of Altoona.

She is a 2004 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School; a 2008 graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, with a bachelor of arts degree in communication studies and a bachelor of music in vocal performance; and a 2012 graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, Calif., with a juris doctorate and specialization in litigation.

She is senior counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP.

Mr. Wisniewski is the son of Richard and Pam (Knowles) Wisniewski of Easton.

He is a 2003 graduate of Freedom High School, Bethlehem, and a graduate of the welding program at Northampton Community College.

He is employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections as a maintenance foreman at SCI Rockview.

The couple will be married in a small intimate gathering at sunrise on Oct. 1 in Sedona, Ariz., with a reception for friends and relatives at a later date in Altoona.

They will live in Tyrone.
