UNIVERSITY PARK — Penn State linebacker Dominic DeLuca has become one of the feel-good stories over his years in the program. DeLuca came to PSU as a walk-on in January of 2021 and immediately appeared in three games on special teams while preserving his redshirt for the 2021 season.
