Deadline for applications is Sept. 25 WISE Women of Blair County and the Donna D. Gority scholarship are seeking applications for scholarship assistance. One or more scholarships will be awarded up to a total of $10,000. The deadline for applications is 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25.
