As a lawyer and as a fellow member of the Blair County Bar, I am proud to call Lou Schmitt a colleague, and I couldn't be more pleased that a person of his caliber is running to be a judge here in Blair County.
Lou was for many years a strong and effective advocate for the citizens of Blair County he represented in our local court. After that, he became a public servant and was just as strong and effective representing the people of Blair County as a state representative in Harrisburg.
Whether in the courtroom or in the capitol, Lou has excelled, serving with skill, dedication and integrity. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to have Lou Schmitt join our local bench here in Blair County, and I urge everyone to join me in supporting him.
