Doctors Without Borders staffer killed
BEIRUT — The international aid organization Doctors Without Borders said Tuesday a staff member was killed and three were injured in separate incidents last month in a camp for displaced people in northeast Syria.
The al-Hol camp houses families of members of the Islamic State group and has witnessed a sharp increase in crime in recent weeks.

Militants attack Revolutionary Guard
DUBAI — An armed separatist group in Iran’s restive southeast assaulted a vehicle carrying members of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard paramilitary force Tuesday, state TV reported, as unrest continues to roil the impoverished region.
Iranian state TV blamed an al-Qaida-linked Sunni militant group called Jaish al-Adl for the attack in Sistan and Baluchestan, which wounded one officer and left another missing.

Jihadis attack humanitarian posts
MAIDUGURI — Jihadis linked to the Islamic State group attacked the northeastern Nigerian town of Dikwa and humanitarian posts there, security officials said.
The attack in Borno state that began late Monday night came about 48 hours after the governor of Borno state to distribute cash and food to displaced families there.
