Trump aide set for Blair GOP dinner
DUNCANSVILLE — One of President Donald Trump’s top campaign speakers will join federal and state GOP candidates in headlining the Blair County Republican Party’s upcoming annual Lincoln Dinner next week.
Marc Lotter is the director of strategic communications for Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign and is a regular guest and panelist on national and cable news outlets.
Lotter, a former special assistant to the president and press secretary to Vice President Mike Pence, will be the keynote speaker at the dinner, which takes place Thursday at the Blair County Convention Center.
A 5:30 p.m. reception will be held, followed by dinner and the program beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Among the Republican candidates slated to attend are: Congressman John Joyce, R-13th District; Heather Heidelbaugh, candidate for state attorney general; Stacy Garrity, candidate for state treasurer; and state Reps. Jim Gregory, R-Hollidaysburg, and Lou Schmitt, R-Altoona.
