Mailbag: Rodgers jeopardizing Steelers’ hopes

Following Alex Trebek’s passing in 2020, a variety of guest hosts, including Ken Jennings, Mayim Bialik and Aaron Rodgers filled in as temporary hosts on “Jeopardy.”
Eventually, executives chose to stick with Jennings as a permanent host.
Personally, I thought Rodgers did an admirable job on the Alex Trebek stage, and I think today, his rating as a host, far surpasses his current rating as an NFL quarterback.
Similar to Brett Favre’s unwise decision to continue to play, Rodgers is in the same boat.
He should have left the game before becoming a Pittsburgh Steeler. It’s time he moved on from football.
We can only hope he didn’t already put the Steelers’ chances of making the playoffs in Jeopardy.
