PORTAGE — Winning pitcher Lariah Myers led Bishop McCort to a championship win in Saturday’s Mayhem on the Mountain high school softball tournament, 5-1, over host Portage.

Myers homered and doubled with two RBIs.

Adasyn Trusik had two hits for the Lady Mustangs, who beat Penn Cambria, 15-9, in the first round.

Portage’s Mikaila McCoy hit two home runs and drove in six runs in the win over Penn Cambria, and Reese Pinizzotto hit a grand slam and finished with five RBIs.

Aubree Rickens homered for the Lady Panthers.

McCort also defeated Penn Cambria, 11-1.
