All-Stars for ICC released

Bellwood-Antis placed four players on the first team offense as the Inter-County Conference released its all-star football team for the 2019 fall season.

Making it for the Blue Devils were Zach Mallon (RB), Troy Walker (BA), Evan Pellegrine (OL) and Jckson Boyer (OL). Tussey Mountain and Juniata Valley each placed three on the team. The Titans had Kaden Lucko (RB), Tyler Rhodes (ath.) and Chad Morningstar (OL) while Valley got Jacob Hensor (WR), Elliott Showalter (OL) and Hunter Johnson (P).

Moshannon Valley’s Alex Capitos (OL) made the team as did Williamsburg’s Tyler Clark made it as a kick returner. Northern Bedford’s Dalton Smith (RB) also made the team.

Rounding out the squad was Southern Huntingdon’s Scott Garlock (QB) and Haiden Garner (WR), along with Mount Union’s Ethan Carbaugh (ath.).

Northern Bedford had four players on the first-team defense. They were Luke Welsh (DL), Colby Imler (LB), Brady Clark (DB) and Kyler States (K). Tussey and Valley had three on the team. The Titans got Morningstar (DL), Damon Clark (DL) and Tyler Rhodes (LB), while Valley’s Grant Musser (LB), Gabe Brower (DB) and Hensor (DB) made it.

Pellegrine (DL) and Nick Plank (LB) made it for B-A while Glendale was represented by Cory Johnston (LB). Everett’s Luis Saldivar (DL) made the team as did Claysburg-Kimmel’s Seth Musselman (LB).

The second-team offense was made up of Northern Bedford’s Imler (P), Steven Kline (OL), Clark (WR) and Cadin Ebersole (ath.), Moshannon Valley’s Joe Bacher (RB), Juniata Valley’s Musser (ath.), Tussey Mountain’s Clark (OL) and Seth Kurtz (OL), Glendale’s Colt Bickford (OL) and Seth Dudurich (RB), Mount Union’s Chris Dodd (OL) and West Branch’s Ayden Gutierrez (QB), Noah Hoffner (WR), Eddie Dale (WR) and Will Herring (kick returner). Southern Huntingdon’s Kendrel Marino (RB) made the team.

On defense, the Titans got Jarred Sipes (DB), David Smith (DB) and Lucko (LB) on the team. Valley was represented by Showalter (DL), Ryann Betres (LB) and Jefferson Hill (K). Walker (LB), Jackson Boyer (DL) and Ty Noonan (DB) made it for B-A, while Hunter Browning (LB) made it for Everett. Glendale’s Bickford (DL) and C-K’s Cade Keithley (DL) are also on the team. Kyler States (LB) made it for Northern Bedford.

Mount Union’s Jake Ryan (DL) and West Branch’s Aidan Kephart (LB) round out the second team.
