Windber28

Blacklick Valley18

WINDBER – Jared Maurizio was a factor on both sides of the ball as Windber outlasted Blacklick Valley on Friday night.

He contributed 71 yards of offense, a touchdown, and grabbed two interceptions, helping the Ramblers win their second of the year over the Vikings.

Despite large offensive contributions from both Isaiah Scott and Jerermy Stutzman, Blacklick’s offense was hindered by its five turnovers.

“We gave the game away,” Blacklick Valley coach Bill Zamboni said. “Four fumbles in less than 7 minutes, you don’t win ball games that way.”
