Sweigert has big night for Bellwood in win

SAXTON — Kyler Sweigert scored a game-high 30 points to lead Bellwood-Antis to an 82-67 win at Tussey Mountain in high school boys basketball action on Wednesday.

The Blue Devils, who led 41-28 at halftime, also got 15 points from Corry Shanafelt and 13 points from Sean Mallon.

Seniors shine

WILLIAMSBURG — Williamsburg honored its seniors — Anthony James, Devin Lynch, Dezmond Woodruff and Lambert Palmer — and all four reached the scoring column as the Pirates dominated Forbes Road, 94-19.

Palmer had 24 points and 16 rebounds in the first half, RJ Royer scored 15 points, Rowan Gorsuch had 12 points and 12 rebounds, and Zach Kagarise scored 10.

John Shuster scored 23 points for the Ramblers.
