PATTON — Cambria Heights secured a spot in the District 6 Class 3A playoff by holding off Northern Cambria, 40-37, in high school boys basketball action on Friday.
Northern Cambria missed a potential game-tying 3-point shot at the buzzer.
Heights received 11 points from Bernie Whiteford and 10 from Ryan Bearer.
Tyler Bearer scored 18 for the Colts.
