College choice: Lock Haven

Why I picked Lock Haven: “LHU has a lot of great things going for them academically and athletically, and I feel that this will be the best fit for me as a student and athlete.”

Greatest high school achievement: Being an honors student

Coach Paul Frederick quote: “Braden has certainly left his mark on our basketball program over the past three seasons. He has worked very hard to become the player that he is today. His versatility on offense and work ethic on the defensive end will allow him to compete at the next level. He has been a great leader, and his teammates and coaches couldn’t be happier for him.”

How I got my start playing basketball: “I didn’t start to like the game of basketball until seventh grade. I played travel hockey up until sixth grade, and then I was forced to make a decision between continuing to play hockey or to play basketball for the school. Ever since that decision, I have had a love and passion for the sport of basketball through my middle school and high school career.”

Favorite college growing up: Notre Dame

Other interests: Football, volleyball, hockey

What getting to play in college means to me: “It means a lot to have an opportunity to play at the next level. I am very excited to compete with so many talented players at the D-II level. My father played football at LHU, so that definitely makes playing a sport here a lot more special to me as well.”
