Tussey boys edge Northern

LOYSBURG — Tussey Mountain rode a well-balanced attack with four players in double figures to hold off a rallying Northern Bedford, 91-86, in high school boys basketball on Thursday.

Matt Leonard’s 35 points were a game-high for both teams, while Devin Swope chipped in 19 points, Chad Morningstar had 15 points and Dawson Rightenour scored 12 points.

Hayden Foor scored 25 points for Northern Bedford, which scored 33 points in the final eight minutes. Dakota Claar scored 16 points, while Dalton Smith had 11 points.
