Rough third quarter sinks C-K

CLAYSBURG — Tussey Mountain outscored Claysburg-Kimmel 22-9 in the third quarter en route to a 68-55 win at Claysburg-Kimmel in boys high school basketball action Wednesday night.

Matt Leonard’s 24 points were tops for the Titans, who were tied at halftime, 27-27, with the Bulldogs (5-5). Chad Morningstar added 21 for Tussey, which also got 13 from Devin Swope.

C-K got 12 points from Nathan Maslanik to go with 10 each from Parker Dibert and Kyle Glass.
